This item was advertised as new but was clearly refurbished. When I asked for an RMA to return, I was given the following reply "This is a discontinued drive. Only available as Refurbished". No apology; no RMA number; and no response to my additional emails. Also, this is not a discontinued item, as Newegg, Frys, Best Buy and others are currently selling this model.
